The Greenbank Farm should never have been bought and the property taken off the tax rolls. Consistant with the deal which the US House agreed to, any decrease in tax money caused by one of these purchases should be balanced by a reduction in spending by all government agencies affected. I have seen no benefit to me or any other taxpayer from the purchase of Greenbank Farm. It should be sold immediately.
