45% tax increase! Businesses that get a free ride at my expense? As soon as the businesses make their lil money when the mayor sells our souls to these devils, the businesses pick up and move when it becomes time to pay! The people running this town have mediocre skills and the only thing they're really good at is kissing the mayor's signet ring. Hecky Yeah! This entire administration NEEDS CHANGE!!!

Get rid of the whole bunch.I'll bet money that the feds or the state are looking into all their activities, also one of the past police chief's and lawsuits involving false depositions. These were lies given to lawyers suing the city.I won't go into what was said because it will be brought out,in the near future.

Mayor Welch has embarrassed this community on a national level. He has increased our property taxes over the last ten years, hired criminals based on his belief who should work for the city, overpaid people to do little or no work, took out people to free lunches with little return in bringing business to this city. Mayor Welch Has stolen the crook out of cook county. IT IS TIME FOR MAYOR WELCH TO GO. Next time, I hope the citizens of Country Club Hills will realize that when they don't vote, they are VOTING for Mayor Welch to be re-elected.

I have been a country club resident for more than 20 years. i have never seen a city run by a man who keeps all of the money, and the records of the city's money, all to himself. this is unlawful someone must be enabling his activities and taking a payoff for themself. its time for a change. this wouldn't happen for so long in mostly white communities. but because the mayor is while and the residents are mostly black, it seems to be alright.

I have lived in cchills for 16 years As I drive through the community, a lot of people have lost their homes. Yes,some of it is due to job loss etc.,I am sure some of the loss is from cchills property taxes being to high. If they continue down the path they are on,a lot more people will lose their homes. We will not have enought residents to keep the city running. I hope at some point Wal Mart and other businesses pay taxes also.
