you don't have enough support to pass that on your favor. Good luck.

I dont think there would be enough support to pass it either, but do think that was the Republican's intent with obamacare with the individual mandate just like social security, and if the SCOTUS finds Obamacare unconstitutional so will be Social Security which is a mandate on employers and individuals.

Bishop Mutt Romney is already out to get rid of Medicare and Social Security even for current seniors.

Why?

He wants $5 TRILLION to go to reducing HIS taxes and giving him more benefits. He wants to pay for that by eliminating social programs for Americans since he does not need either.

Bishop Mutt Romnutz is in this for his own, personal benefit. He does not care one whit about the little people aka 99.99% of Americans.

The individual mandate is a Republiscum invention and pushed by Bishop Mutt Romputz.

Oh yeah, Republiscums have no idea what to do with health care other than to tell Americans to die in the streets. Since the GOPOX is trying to eliminate Medicare AND Social Security even for current seniors, this all should go over very well.

you are right & correct, the individual mandate was a Republican Idea and amendment was sponsered by Jim Bunning (R-Ky),and Humana has its corporate headquarters in Kentucky.

Republicans also said the issue was a matter of personal freedom and questioned the constitutionality of forcing people to purchase insurance.

"The individual mandate in this bill is un-American. It may even be unconstitutional," said Republican Senator Jim Bunning, the amendment's sponsor.

I know what your saying but Lenin thought that it was the government's responsibility too to take care of the old & disabled in his writing in The State and Revolution where he felt that the old & the disabled would have a right to society's products because the disabled were not at fault for their condition. The elderly, in particular, had worked during their youth, and so could not be denied life’s basic necessities. Lenin also felt that the Soviet state accordingly should provide a basic level of social security which is where the US got the New Deal idea when FDR sent Advisor & Union men to meet with Stalin & Trotsky and the US got Leninsim & Russian people got Stalinism.

How quickly you forget - senior dementia probably - that the GOPOX tried to get someone, anyone to run in place of Bishop Smutt Romputz pornographer, hypocrite, gay basher, bigot, liar, money-grubbing scumbag.
They tried:
Bachmann
Cain
Perry
Daniels
Christie
Trump
Santorum
They tried these lunkheads because Bishop Smutt Romputz had a 25% approval rating...in the Republiscum party.
To know Bishop Smutt Romputz is to despise him. Ask Massachusetts, ask the GOPOX.
Doesn't matter. Romney IS the nominee. Romney is who we will support to defeat the failed Presidency of Barack Obama:

“Now I have no doubt that Mitt Romney was worried about pink slips — whether he was going to have enough of them to hand out because his company Bain Capital with all the jobs that they killed, I’m sure he was worried that he’d run out of pink slips,”

“There is something inherently wrong when getting rich off failure and sticking it to someone else is how you do your business and I happen to think that’s indefensible. "I hear a lot of people say they don’t like the aspect of your plan that makes it mandatory for people to purchase insurance. Would you say this is the primary complaint?

There are a lot of people in our state who have been getting health care for free. These aren’t necessarily the poor. We have a program for the poor: Medicaid. There are those making $30,000,$40,000 and $50,000 a year who have learned they can get health care absolutely free and that’s not fair to everybody else. There’s a lot of people who say, gosh, you shouldn’t require people to get health insurance, but the problem is they always have the option of getting free care even without health insurance, and so we’re saying "no more free ride." We’re saying that you have to have insurance if you can afford it and if you can’t, we’ll help you buy a plan you can afford.

Will your health plan go national?

I think what we’ve crafted changes the national paradigm. It shows that you can insist on individual responsibility and market reforms to get everybody insured. Personal responsibility and market reform get the markets to work for all our citizens."

So, you are saying that you believe that Barack Obama actually got the idea for his ObamaCare program from Mitt Romney?

You are actually acknowledging that Romney was correct?

Poster Boy for the Mormon Church:

"Quite simply, the United States has never been witness to a presidential candidate, in modern American history, who lies as frequently, as flagrantly and as brazenly as Mitt Romney. Now, in general, those of us in the pundit class are really not supposed to accuse politicians of lying — they mislead, they embellish, they mischaracterize, etc.

Indeed, there is natural tendency for nominally objective reporters, in particular, to stay away from loaded terms such as lying. Which is precisely why Romney's repeated lies are so effective. In fact, lying is really the only appropriate word to use here, because, well, Romney lies a lot."
