Do you have any idea who we could contact for financial aid in Cowlitz County due to rain and snow damage to our home. Our homeowners insurance will not cover the extensive damage caused by the heavy rains on Jan.7-8 and excessive snow melt due to the warming conditions because we did not have flood insurance. We sit up on a hill with no threat of flooding so no reason to have flood insurance. There are many homes in our neighborhood in the same situation as we are.
