This investigation has been done unprofessional from the start: 1,The crime secne was never taped off!! 2,the mother's(desree Conger) past is not taken in concideration that is two counts of child abouse against her with her 3yr old dauther & 1yr son 3.people who came forward with have witness desree commiting the child abouse to give statments to Mr. gillis, notice that he was leaven open spaces on the ivestigating report to fill in the line to their case against lonny. 4. When asked for the tape of his phone calls.the officer (Mr.barthel)at sawyer County jail the taped conversation was recorded over.In a case as important as this it should have been duplicated to be put in the eveidence! 5.The mother should be charged with this horrible crime there is alot of people that know her for who she is she does not have custidy her older child and she is giving her unborn child up for adoption, in fear of repeating this crime agian!!! 6. There is people that heard her say she had killed her baby and how she did it that night. why are the investigaters not putting that into the reports & why is desree not any of the court hearings.

Another typical expample of Sawyer County law enforcement and our Sawyer County "kangaroo court" system! Those that reside here question this entire investigation and charges brought against Lonny. Where is the mother-with her well known reported history of neglect and abuse of her two children-why isn't she being charged with anything, especially after admitting to numerous people out here just exactly what she had done to "little Bill", not only in his last hours but his whole short little life! She has shown no remorse, grief or guilt for the loss of her son whatsoever! She's even pregnant again and looking for someone to take this baby, since it's too late for an abortion. And yet, we the people out here have to live in fear for our children - because the real perpetrator of this heinous, horrendious crimes; Desiree conger, is still allowed to roam free! Under the obious "protection" of our Sawyer Contry law enforcement officials! They can't do without their drug "snitcher"!
