This person, who doesn't deserve the title of "man" clearly should remain in prison. He admits he is a pedophile who is at risk to re-offend. That statement alone is enough to keep him behind bars. Why should he be allowed his freedom? His victim doesn't get HER freedom. She will live in her own prison of hell for the rest of her life. She didn't get to choose her path, there is no board of people that can grant her her freedom. She is forever changed because of the actions of someone else. She may "heal" but she will never forget, never be released, never cease to experience that sick feeling that overwhelms an individual when they are being victimized. The closest she will come to true freedom is the knowledge that her attacker will remain behind bars.

I Understand what the family is going through. I been through it, and it is not easy. I still have some healing though. It will not go away. My family had to go through it with me. But they support me. I am glad that he is prison!!!

This sicko needs to stay behind bars where he can't get at anyone elses kids. But I will not be surprised if they let him go so that the lawers and judges can make so more high profile money off of the tax payers when he offends again.

You know, your comment almost made me cry, my daughter went through this and although it has been 10 years she still has issues related to this violation of her personal rights, she was only 14. I will forever regret i didn't take the law into my own hands when i had the chance and i do not know if i will ever forgive myself for letting him live. Because he is alive there are other children suffering now. It is hard for my wife and i to see her go through this and know we can't do much to help. She will suffer the rest of her life. Her molestor was a prominent citizen that ran a jeep rental in moab and only served 3 yrs. He had molested his sister and others and is still violating other childrens rights now.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Aries

There's a lot of tension in the air, with certain people poised to spit the dummy, as Mars turns retrograde in your fifth house of romance, children and speculation. Confrontations are likely. If these are nothing to do with you and you just happen to be directly in the firing line, your best bet is to make yourself scarce. But if you are responsible for their outraged feelings then you need to face the music, otherwise things will only get worse.
