Is "overdose" still being used as a substitute for 'episode of paranoia'? Have they made a conclusive link on the bleeding ulcers, or have they found one or two cases where someone has an ulcer, and figured it must be from the spice they admitted to consuming?(...against the advisement of the warning label.) Tobacco, alcohol, pain relievers, and many food spices will all do it too, and those are all approved for consumption. If we think it's the government's job to forcibly prevent us from consuming anything that is not-so-smart to put in to our bodies, then we as American's don't really give a crap about liberty. Spice has been around the world for years, and so far, misusing it doesn't even remotely compare to the adverse effects of alcohol. They say 1 out of ten drivers are drunk during any given weekend, and they try so hard, but haven't been able to find more than a couple people who have been caught driving under the influence of this. People want to make spice illegal because it's socially/religiously taboo. It's not like these people don't know the risks that they're taking, so why is it exactly that they shouldn't get to choose for themselves? Who's the victim? If the police feel like they need to waste so much time on something so trivial, they must be afraid to fight real crime.
