Is it true a walmart employee thought a local man was a bank robber and had the police surround him as he was leaving the restroom? My grandparents were there at the time.It was a mistaken identity.Whats going on?

If you want to witness employee abuse, you should visit the tire and lube department at the Cottonwood Walmart. Several of us witnessed the female supervisor screaming and running down her employees in the public view. This happens alot and it is entertaining to stop by and wait for this show.

We live in Clarkdale and use the back entrance to the Cottonwood Wal-Mart. We see the same thing happen from time to time, she talks down to them in public which we believe is very unprofessional.
Really not good for business because those guys work hard and do a good job.

If I EVER hear, see that happening, I am outspoken enough to address that supervisor down, and much, pursuant. In the past I helped CHASE two on the spot thieves thru another WalMart. The manager said he could not accuse, but would 'tail' me through the store. They stole my (dumb) friends wallet whe place IN her basket. It was an 8 year old ghetto kid with his instructive Mother. Typical.
Those beasts NOT needed in this economy with the employees taking all that mule brunt.
Give your employees, all a Christmas REAL gift, and treats, PRAISE.

My older brother and his regnant girl friend works in the tire andlube section in the cottonwood walmart and the manager is an extremely unpleasent person, making my borhters girlfriend open and close most days of the week when she should be working day shifts, there are many other capable emloyee's who can do the job yet she still makes the poor girl do it.

Why isn't anyone reporting this abuse to the manager? I mean, if someone saw this happening to you or somone you care about you would, right? So why aren't you people stepping up and speaking out? I have. If she wants to keep her job then she had better change her attitude.

Leave Henny alone. She's just doing her job in that thar Wal-Mart. And all of you, quit your bitchin. In today's job market, be thankful for what you have, and make the best of it, cause times are a changin. This is to Tori above, tell Germy, to go back to school, get an education, so he can get a better job. Then his girlfriend wouldn't have to work while she is prego. This topic started with a suspected bank rober in the toilet, and then just rolled down hill from there. I hate writing to a topic board that was started in December 26, 2007, all kinda pointless, right?.(all names have been changed to protect the innocent)

So does VERIZON, Prescott Valley, the SAME HARSH WAY.........
The manager swearing chasing down employess happened at Verizon, Prescott Valley: very recently when I was there. After signing up, during waiting for employee full counter trying to talk shoppers into extras, to get a salesperson from behing that counter, did we get a looser!! All he did was try to express what we were keeping him a job, if we bought there for $50 more instead of online. What about US, us?? Both elderly and on fixed low incomes? All I care about is the bottom dollor line and the young VERIZON rep had no idea that the customer comes FIRST.I have a LONG, yes many years long relationship with Verizon, carrying them many miles for my final back-move and will go to a more mature store in broader PHX area. Will never go back to the VERIZON store in Prescott Valley. We were just out casually shopping for a new phone for me today(upgrade-my contract with Verizon was paid off years ago in another far away state!)easy on me with older now disabilities) and heard the wrong words from a selfish younger man. That's ok, I will not buy there. My partner bought there, a couple days ago, he said it is his last time there. And I will be going to a secondary outlet store for more in my accessorie pack soon after buying a new phone. No rush, I don't rush, but take care of me in time, with patience. Patience.
I will keep my menu-driven working phone for some more months. I haven't constructed a motive to replace it,other than disabilities needing accomodation.

Ha! I just overheard the manager of that department telling another that she was going to terminate someone because she doesn't like him. They really should not talk like that in public, it gets around. The manager there is pure evil! Those poor guys.

You really need to go back to school and learn how to spell and compose properly. Unless you are under the influence.

If I donít compose to your partiality, it propels you over the edge. Doesnít it jim? Be careful here folks, what we have in jim, is a individual, who is an authority on the behavior of others, based on their contribution to our local Cottonwood Topix board. So if anyone would be offended by being judged by jim, please refrain from voicing your opinion here. By the way jim, I have several years of university studies behind me. I graduated with honors. Also I have also written, and have had published several books on various topics, including my own autobiography. Who I am is not of importance, but exposing you for an idiot is.

My daughter works at a WalMart in Texas. The employees are treated poorly there. We were thinking of moving to Cottonwood, and my daughter getting a transfer. Sounds like the Cottonwood store is even worse! Walmart needs managers that can manage their supervisors. ANY supervisor seen or heard berating, yelling, etc. any associate should be FIRED! You get a lot more work out of happy employees than those who are brow-beaten.

Please, Walmart Associates, answer this post and tell me how it really is to work at the Cottonwood store. We don't want to move all the way to AZ and have it be a mistake. Thank you.
