This proposal is obvious in its impact. We also need water. clear cool WATER.

SOLUTION
1. Build a dam up river just north of the old power plant.
Use this power to generate electricity.
2. Run a Roman type aqueduct down this slope to feed Jerome and lower communities.

RESULT
Green Power
Clean Water
Prosperity for all
Employment

NOW
Federal grants are available for all projects, including the Regional Airport.

This has been proposed to City council members and the current Mayor.

RESULT
Nothing has been done.

NOTHING .....

SOLUTION
Get ride of this old town 'Good 'Ole Boy-Grrl Regime
