drug dealers in ravenswood abd the incompentant court systems

why are the jackson court systems so far behind and so backward when it comes to drug dealers and family court when known drug dealers are involved. It amazes me that a judge can order a immediate drug test and the parties come back to the court room with the police and make the announcement they do not have any more drug test available, so the test were never done knowing one of the parties had failed the last court ordered test. The courts are taking 4-5 years to finalize cases the involve children. Jackson co's family lawmaster, does not know how to make a decision on any matter, only temporary orders which can not br contested and she has no regard for the situation she is putting the childern into with no end in sight., When she attempts to make a decusuion it then takes up to a month or more for it to become official. The court system in Jackson County is one of the courts where public records are just almost impossible to get and some times records are burried so the never are available., Each court is required to have a computer for public access., There is never one available in Jackson co WV and the public records are censored depending on who is on duty at the time of request. The are unable to make copies of so called evidence, pictures & etc for some reason it is either misplaced or the copier or computer is down. After reading the latest articles in the Parkersburg Paper, I guess maybe I whole state is deficient in qualified judges, lawmasters, attorneys and court equipment and staff. When can we get our of the dark ages and become part of the rest of the world.

Our drug dealers, are give probation, never time, even when they are selling to your children., The adults in this county need to stand up and become parents to their children and demand the court systems do their jobs in a speedy fashion and parents should definitely stop covering for the sleazy adults they have been using as teachers for our childern. It is a disgrace, the teachers and basketball team sex and drink party that took place in Ravenswood and the shameful parents the took part in distroying the pictures and aided the coverup. We have drugs being brought in from other counties, being manufactured within the no drug range at the schools, police who take evidence of drugs for their own consumption., The local police are just looking the other way when it comes to drug us in Ravenswood, only when the garbage truck blows up does the come to the attention of the public and then we do not enforce the law to its fullest extent when all this happens near our schools. We have teachers arreste for sex crimes, how do the get in our system. The parents in Jackson County had better get their heads out of the sand and stand up to the officials who are not doing their jobs. Please, let others hear your voice in protest to this injustice.

it is hard to bust these people and the law doesnt want help anyone without being recognized for it so they wait n watch to do as o would like(angry)and make sure they got enough charges,its no ones fault there are bad people because im sure people say im bad i wanna do whatever to take away the average americans freedom by imposing more laws because of a few bad apples is a loss of our freedom.thats why there are so many crimanals cause no matter what you do there is always some law you are breaking all we can do is live our life to be the best we can and pray others will also

I live in Botetourt County and it's the same in any area of Va. It's the Va. state laws that tie everyone's hands. The laws need to be changed for sure. Drugs are everywhere and they're taking over. Citizens need to fight back.
