15 charged with student loan fraud in SC

Fifteen people in the Charleston area have been indicted on charges that they took out more than $400,000 in student loans while never planning to attend college.

Thats all? What about all these tax fraud in the lowcountry? What about those public employees who claim they donated to charity and didn't?
