IT SEEMS TO ME THAT OFFICER RANDY COTTAGEVILLE POLICE, SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND TRIED FOR MURDER, LET TWELVE PEOPLE OF HIS PEERS FIND HIM GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY IF GUILTY GIVE HIM WHAT HE DESERVES, IF NOT GUILTY SET HIM FREE.

The Grand Jury ONLY decides IF formal charges should be filed and set for trial. Yes its 12 people, laywers and YOU(without an attorney present) being asked lots of questions. I have been a witness in a grand jury investigation and BOY is it scarey. If the GJ finds enough evidence for him to be charged, THEN a trial will be set.
