If wasn't his money,he didn't "borrow" it,it's called stealing,even if he meant to pay it back.

Yeah, up is the "new" down too. Definitions of white collar crime have been continually diluted or rephrased for so long they expect you to accept this unquestionably. Riiight. And Justice is full of shiatt.
