I know nothing about glass. They showed me around there showroom. Now I have a understanding of what my bathroom needed. They did the whole bathroom mirrors, showers, & closet doors. I learned alot and I'm very happy with the results. I would use this company again.

These are nice folks who do good work. We wanted a new bathroom wall mirror and needed it installed when the sinks and faucets were removed in the process of being replaced. This occurred unexpectedly on a Saturday. We called, they came and measured and then came back that same afternoon and installed the mirror. During the week we found a small scratch, and today they came back and buffed it out. The mirror was cut to exactly the right size, was installed very carefully and neatly, and it looks great.

Excellent customer service and great prices.
I called to get a quote for a replacement mirror for our china cabinet. The woman on the phone was very helpful and was able to give me a quote over the phone which was actually less than a few other places I had contacted. I needed to move the cabinet first so called back a few months later to actually order the piece. Again great service over the phone and also in person, she even helped carry the mirror out to my car. The quoted price from a few months ago was also the price they charged me, which as you know isn't always the case, so that was an extra star in my book.Thank You Jill

I found them on Yelp and I trusted my yelp friends...they were right! This place is great!
Unfortunately I broke a very large full length mirror that was given to me by my parents...it was older than me...it was a part of their first bedroom set as a married couple. It's a very simple but beautiful solid walnut frame. I was heartbroken when I shattered the mirror shortly after moving into my new place. I knew I couldn't just throw the frame away. I began my search for a local glass/mirror shop.
The staff at Harbor Glass and Mirror were great, very down to earth shop! I could tell by their shop that they also do custom mirror and glass installations in your home as well. I'll definitely keep them in mind if I ever need something like that done at my place.
I dropped off the frame and had a quote for the repairs.$75 for 1/4 inch thick mirror for the 24" x 52" frame. They said it would be finished in about an hour. I took care of some errands and came back. They ended up using a thicker mirror but still charged me the original quoted price!$75 is a steal for this mirror. You'd be hard pressed to find anything close to it for that price. I was thrilled! They also helped me unload and load the mirror into my car. Very nice, very friendly! Highly recommended!

My husband and I were impressed from start to finish. We had multiple estimates and they were the only ones that actually followed up and acted like they wanted our business. They were very reasonable and explained everything thoroughly. The estimator showed up on time!! When installing the glass, they came across a small issue with the tile. Instead of just buffing over it, they actual came and got my husband and discussed how they wanted to address it and ASKED if that was ok. We have had some serious contractor issues in the past and really appreciate the true professionals that are Harbor All Glass & Mirror - Thanks Guys

I have remodeled six of my own homes and have consulted family on many of their remodels. Until I found Harbor All Glass and Mirror I wondered if I could possibly ever find a company that was this experienced, professional and reasonable. Not only is Harbor All Glass and Mirror the PRIME source for all your glass, shower and mirror needs they are where most in the industry go to for product. That frame company you went to to have mirrors made for you ? Well, they got their mirrors from Harbor All Glass and Mirror. That glass landscape enclosure that your contractor installed for you so that you could have your property fenced off yet still have the view......Harbor All Glass and Mirror probably was the subcontractor.
Major companies like Edwards Theatres (for all their mirrors and glass work) have their glass products made by this company and Jim the owner is so honest, so cool and simply a rare find in the construction and contracting industry !
Thrilled to have found Jim and his company and will never go anywhere else. Excellent product, prices, service and execution !!!
Thank you Harbor All Glass and Mirror for doing such an awesome job each time !!!

I can clearly remember the first thing that i said to my wife when we walked into what would become our first house for the first time:
"we're going to need to get the windows replaced"
So after getting quotes from two other 'reputable' places and checking out places like Home Depot and Lowe's, we finally stumbled upon Harbor All Glass & mirror on Yelp and decided to drop in and see what they were all about. We went into their showroom and were greeted by Jim, who was very helpful. We already had an idea of the brand and style of windows that we wanted, but other than that, we were really kind of clueless.
Within 5 mins of talking with Jim, I knew more about windows than i had ever wanted to and that made me feel a lot more comfortable about what we were in there to do. I mean, after all, replacing all of the windows in one's house is no small deal.
But what really impressed me while talking with Jim, and then later with, Dave, was their honest and straight forward sales approach. For example, we have a couple of irregularly shaped windows in our front living room that would cost an arm and a leg to replace because of where they are and their shape. Jim told us that while he would be happy to change those window for us, that it probably wasn't really even worth it for us to do so. In fact, the way he put it was "if it was my house, i would just do this..." which turned out to be a much cheaper--though every bit as effective--solution to making our house more energy efficient. We did NOT receive this same type of attitude from Anderson or Pella, but i won't get into that in this review too much.
After our initial meeting, Jim asked us to go ahead and email the dimensions for all of our windows and doors to him so that he could get us a quote. And this is where it really gets good, because on top of the fact that they didn't try to up-sell us or sell us crap that we didn't need, their quote came in WAY lower than the 2 other quotes that we got.*40% lower*. I'm talking thousands of dollars cheaper for the same quality name brand windows. Needless to say, we went with Harbor All Glass & Mirror.
With regards to the actual installation, they retro fitted 7 windows and tore out and did new construction for 2 sliding glass doors all in about 2 half days. The crew showed up on time, they explained what they were going to do, and they cleaned up very well after themselves. It was *almost* as if they were never there.
This is a top notch company and i would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
Thanks again Jim and Dave, we love our new windows!

In building our custom made rotisserie for the ""Chixy Natural"" restaurant we needed a glass window and needed it soon if not yesterday. After a few disappointments we lucked out in finding ""Harbor All Glass & Mirror, Inc."" as we needed an expert help in making our design.
Jim the owner received us gracefully and gave us confidence that he will be able to provide us the glasses in a short time and helped us find the right store to obtain the hinges I was looking for. Dave, their good nature glass expert, visited our site and measured the dimensions and the windows were ready in a few days. We did hit a few snags as it is expected with any custom job, but Jim was very helpful and eager to see us meet our goal.
I am happy to say windows are installed to my satisfaction and would go back for future needs.
By the way the price was very reasonable as well.

After much shopping around for a mirrored backsplash the most professional-sounding company was Harbor All Glass & Mirror, They gave an estimate and offered two different types of mirror: tinted and clear. They then installed when they could and even had beveled mirrored electrical outlet covers! It's been a year and continues to look great! To those skeptical about the maintenance of a mirrored backsplash -- it really isn't much at all. I clean mine less than once a week.
