Judge Michael Naughton Santa Ana Court

There seems to be a lot of Valid Evidence as to Misconduct on the part of this Judge. I would be curious to know with the several forums going on, on different sites what can this accomplish and with my particular case this judge was turned into the CA BAR and it was not by me and he still continued right in public eye to no be a fair an impartial Judge but to go agaist California State Law and my Civil Rights. He was turned in by one of his own peers I personnally read this 16 page answer.

8/06 30,000 personal loan in checking to ex then says yes to 138,000 in refi I am forced to do and ex never makes 1 payment and lives in the house the whole time house is up for auction 8/23 then the good old judge has the clerk hand me a post- it while the house is forclosing becuase oppossing doesnt show up and he refuses to take notice of me ... It is a 50/50 state and he cannot take away my assets or my children the judge has damaged my children by hindering me being able to safely be in OC

Foolish judges, especially unelected liberal appointees planted in conservative areas by liberal governors, needs to be removed.

He's basically what you describe a feminist\liberal activist judge. Recalling issues for this particular judge will come from liberal or feminist safe zones.

You'll need to accuse him of something where he will be waving a white flag quickly afterwards.

I can sack this judge for you, I just need the right stuff.

Honestly I did not walk into this thing wanting anything but Justice and public awareness.. Because I felt helpless.. Now I am also not on a witch-hunt but I am an american not a canadian and I shouldn't have had to flee under his eye.. This needs to stop, if this man is corupt legitimatly I will voice it.... But I am a careful person when it comes to pointing a finger.. When I say something I am 100% sure due to supporting evidence I can provide.. But I have seen some things that I am deeply concerned about when it comes to politics and Judge Michael Naughton... Please continue to give me information as I am an American..

Oh wow I guess you don't see how bad this is, I was threatened outside of my country and awarded 10,000 from the tribunal when the documents arrived on the majistrates findings the ex's name was all over it... Naughton granted a 2 week restrainer and under the circumstances this was insane!!! I was interogated for 4 1/2 hrs. I had never even had a parking ticket and was scared to death... I feel I am safe now as long as I stay put... Naughton knew there were police reports all the way to sandusky... Victims witness has been informed when I was in N. Cal But you are right for now I am safe... Question where can I send hard copies to for review

I volunteer at Laura's House. I saw this michael judge person at our thrift store in San Clemente 3 months ago. Hes the one with white hair, scruff, and hearing aid. I overheard the michael judge suggesting to one of the volunteers to spend a weekend with him so he will rule in her favor. Everyone at the house worships him.

That is where I went to my P.E.P. Classes did you ever read the quote I put in from his transripts on Domestic Violence.... He call anger management DA probation that the good ole boys all laugh about... I wrote the quote in the other forum .... GRR I really need to get my docs scanned and put them up somewhere this needs to be open.......

What he has done in the court room in my belief should be the concern although having public servants with this type of lifestyle you are speaking about is horrifying
