You just have to feel sorry for these banks, don't you. You know, the ones that make up the Federal Reserve Bank that lend Bush the money to fight his wars. The ones that will still be charging our grandchildren interest on those loans. Yep, I feel a tear coming for those same banks that lowered interest rates to attract the sub-prime borrower to buy a house they couldn't afford, then had to forclose on it. Let's all give these banks a nice, juicy tax write-off, then push through a bill to give these banks money to cover having to sell these properties for less than half the cost. Which, by the way, is right about what these properties would be worth if the banks didn't lower the interest rate and create the housing bubble to start with!

Bush economics. Offer candy to the hungry, then steal it back! I hope history remembers what he did to this country.
