Ok so I cam to LSV golf carts thinking its another overpriced place to get my new batteries for my 2002 Ford Think. It ended up that they had both new and used golf carts and batteries. The prices I found here for the Decca Batteries was the best I could find so that was good enough for me. I purchased the new ones and they had them installed for me for like 45 bucks but well worth it because if you own a Ford Think you know how much pain it is to get them in and out. Overall I was satisfied with my experience and would return here in the future. They also have the battery life saver system which makes your batteries last longer for 150 I belive which I puchased as well.

Scam artists! I wish I had checked out the BBB and saw their "F" rating BEFORE I went to LSV Carts in Costa Mesa. I bought 4 “new” Trojan T-105 batteries from LSV Carts in Costa Mesa but when my mechanic went to install them in my RV, he told me they were used because they were swollen and had been on a charger. I called LSV Carts and told them what my mechanic told me and they assured me the batteries are new, but that I could come back and hand pick 4 that I liked. I went back to them but didn’t see any that looked new; they all had some swelling and were used. I told them I just wanted my money back along with my old batteries and they refused! LSV Carts were only willing to exchange the batteries for more used batteries. They do not have any NEW Trojan T-105 batteries! BEWARE!

well at least in my area, they were very polite and the prices we very fair. We came here to look arround at the golf carts they had and were impressed with the selection of Ford Thinks, I had went to a lot of dealers before but this one had the most Ford Thinks in Southern California. We purchased ours for just under 4500 for a 4 passanger with the upgraded instrument cluster which is great because the cluster always goes out on these carts. Overall very happy and will return here in the future!

I see the reviews are kind of split on here so I am going to put my two cents in....I was treated very nice by the staff at LSV Carts, and the prices were very reasonable so I cannot say anything bad about this place. I too changed my batteries here for the price and did not see anything wrong with them.... Maybe you can let us know where you got the info from Sherry because I cannot find anything about what you just stated. Anyhow thanks for posting your opinion and I probably would not have used them if I would have read your response first but I am glad that I did not read it as it saved me a good deal of money and had a pleasant experience!

What a nightmare! We looked at, and considered buying, a custom cart from LSV Carts, but never agreed to buy one. We made the mistake of signing an application for financing, because the salesman told us that's the only way to find out how much interest they would charge. A month later we got an invoice for $13,000. LSV would not return calls or accept our certified letters. It took several months and numerous calls to the BBB and other consumer organizations, as well as the finance company, to resolve this problem.

NEVER sign any papers with this outfit. Better yet, avoid this company like the plague!

Complete Scammers. Called them to have my batteries replaced on my gem cart. They came out to my house and they installed used batteries that weren't even meant for my cart.

After the install I noticed that I was getting very poor milage but enough time passed that they cashed my $1,600 check. It's been verified by another reputable local shop that the dates were scratched off on the batteries and I was in-fact sold used batteries.

Called the owner of the company multiple times and explained the situation and no call backs of any kind. Was so rude on the phone, David. These crooks will steal your money and laugh doing it. I should have come to Yelp first before I bought batteries I guess. Stay away.!! See you in small claims court LSV Carts, Electric Cart Warehouse or whom ever you are.

Why are we letting these crooks get away with this. All of the bad reviews on Yelp can't be wrong.
