My dog barking neighbors,have complained about my reasonalbe music levels. Now they think they can let this little piece of s*** dog bark all day while they are at work! I think many people take the it's not affecting me approach. It makes me sick living around people, and I need to move into the country I know that. This apartment complex is rediculous.
Barking dogs are allowed but music is unreasonable. I'd much reather hear the bumping of even gangster music when compared to the shreeking bark of this horrid animal.

I love Wanda's response! I just have trouble picking. M-4, shotgun, or flamethrower. Roast dog does sound nice. These are not indigenous to North America. They are no better than fire ants, or some other introduced pest, yes including most rude people. The dog population is artifically inflated. We really need an other great depression, so dog owners would be forced to eat their muts!

Believe it, friend. We're not quitting until every dog in the entire world, and their moronic, bullying owners, are shut up. It's the most grotesque, disgusting, interfering, sleep disturbing, unhealthy, unnatural, sickening sound that any human being can be forced to absorb.

If you're tired of dogs' incessant barking, don't get made, get even. Do everything you can to make your selfish neighbors' life miserable in return. I shined a powerful flashlight in their backyard when the dog barked at night, and it worked. Crank up loud music, use a bullhorn if you need to, don't just take it. These irresponsible, spiteful dog owners need a taste of their own medicine. The minute they see you mean business, and are willing to do things that THEY found bothersome, you will find a solution.
