I can see on the Vehicle not having breaks, and loosing them as my Daughter had lost her's once on 36 comming from newscommertown in the winter, ( but ), if he had no license I beleave the lady would still be here. Why was he even driving without no license, and why in the heck even have a child in the vehicle as more on NO LICENSE. No license meens NO DRIVING. I give Prayers to the faminly who lost a Mother, Grandmother, a dear friend, and most of all a Wife, prayers be with you all on this sad time. And all prayers on her husband who I hear is still in the hospital under criditical condition. So ashame this happened all because someone was driving without license, and could of stayed where they was till they got a ride.
