Has is Taco Bell hiring? The place has been gutted inside and out.

Drive up the Cosby hwy and back down the other. Several places have signs asking for help. You won't likely find a job sitting on your bum on topix.

In Newport, its who you know, not what you know! LOL , I put tons of applications in for Eastern Plating and American Appliance and never once got a call from them for an interview and I am a vet and should have at least given that much. I guess the requirements for them is no experience and no diploma/ged! LOL makes them feel smarter

The unemployment office is just handing out working people's money for free. I filled out an application there just like a job except after they pick you you don't have to work for the money. Collecting gov benefits is the best job in town.

actually unemployment cannot be collected if you havent worked. Unemployment itself is paid only from money the person collecting it has paid in. get your facts straight and stay off fox news.

I agree with you most people, who I like to call idiots talk about other people taking there taxes, food-stamps, unemployment, ect do not have a clue, who do not know the true facts, they just like to run there mouths. Tennessee does not have state taxes and the taxes you pay for food, clothes, ect. is what every state pays. Its the state gov. who regulates these taxes for there own personal agenda.

YOU do NOT pay into unemployment. YOUR EMPLOYER pays it in. YOU DON'T PAY ANYTHING IN.

SO IT IS YOU WHO NEEDS TO GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!!!

Technically you are correct but the employee pays in the long run. Although the employer is responsible for paying for the unemployment insurance, that means that there are fewer funds for employees pay. So you can argue this either way.

Ther is NO technically to it. I am totally correct. The EMPLOYER pays it ALL. Has NOTHING to do with what you are paid. Most people have NO CLUE at the over head for every employee. And you wouldn't be paid any more either way.

And when o care goes into effect and employers are forced to pay insurance for all full time employers fewer people will have jobs and fewer people will work over 18 hours a week. People are just too stupid to grasp reality!
