Convincing DMV of citizenship tough

AARP needs to butt out of this one. Show me a retired person without the ability to prove who they are and I'll show you one who shouldn't be in this country! AARP should be for the rights of retirees, period such as illegal immigration that's breaking the backs of US citizens and those on fixed income! Shame on AARP!

Whomever turned the man away at DMV should be reassigned and retrained. It would be ridiculous to think this old man, who'd served in the military and had been voting, is not a citizen. Back that many years, when he was born, our immigration laws were even totally different than they are now. There has to be a common sense approach to this, and that employee is severely lacking. Even legal residents who serve in the military get a fast track to citizenship, as they should.
