I am so disappointed in your pharmacy.I had hoped the new layout would improve service but it has not. Years ago I tried to use your pharmacy because it was convenient but when my son who had JUST been released from an hospital after open heart surgery was kept sitting with me in front of the desk for 1 and 1/4 hours, after which I asked again when it would be ready as he was getting fainter and fainter. THEN they told me they didn't have the medicine and just shrugged when I asked why they didn't tell us sooner.I never came back for ten years(to the pahmacy). But when you redid the pharmacy and everything LOOKED efficient I had my doctor phone in a prescription for a not rare and not very important drug, I was told first that there was no prescription phoned in. So I went home and phoned the refill in. They said yes, they had me and was I still as this address and I said I was, they asked my birth date etc then said I could pick it up at 5p.m. Well I didn't. I decided not to waste more gas by driving over just for that. So the next afternoon at 3pm I show up to get my prescription as promised.
Suddenly I wasn't in the system. I am/was annoyed. No one tells the same story and even when they finally agreed that maybe I had a refill there, they still couldn't get it done until 5pm to day. It makes me wonder if the shifts change at 5pm and that way they don't have to deal with it. It is a simple procedure to refill a prescription.As I said, it is not a immediately life saving prescription...(armour thyroid) but it unnerves me at my age(64) to think that if I go to that pharmacy I may or may not get the prescription just like in earlier days with my son. You really need to shore this part of Fred Meyers up.

Don't listen to the idiot who is named both Tony Acock and Delores Acock... This pharmacy has worked great for me, I have only had a couple delays and it's completely understandable.

What a funny response to my complaint.....if the person knew how to spell my name I would take him or her more seriously but this is just plain laughable. Poor Fred Meyers.....
p.s. my son who was treated so poorly after his first heart surgery passed away July 16.....somehow Hospice managed to get our medicines to us in a timely fashion....I have no complaints although I will miss my son for a very long time.
