Child killed in Westchester car accident

CORTLANDT A five-year-old boy died following an auto accident on Watch Hill Road in Cortlandt Tuesday morning when his mother, who was driving, failed to negotiate a curve and struck a rock wall.

i would just like to point out, being the cousin of the victim, that Nancy, his mother, did not, "fail to negotiate a curve", Jacob was sick in the back seat and Nancy was startled when Jacob began vomiting and she turned to check on him and THEN missed the turn and hit the wall. I'd appreciate it if this article was updated.
