Well So much for "Hate Crime" laws! Even with the Angie Zapata case hardly forgotten in Colorado of all places, We still haven't achieve a state of security. Time for a new approach!

OF course, Fred Martinez's death preceded Angie's by about 7 years. So long as there are differences in humans, there will exist prejudice. All we can hope for is to educate enough folks that those prejudices are reduced to a very infinitesimal amount.
