No, they are not all innocent, but some may be. If there is a doubt it should be allowed to be reviewed. Governor Perry's reputation should not be more important than saving lives.

People on different sides of this issue may as well be on different planets. I don't know where to start talking to someone who thinks it's a good idea for the state to have the power to put someone to death. It goes against every Christian belief, and has been stopped in virtually every other place in the world calling itself a Christian nation.

I think that the state of Texas doesn't care about whether or not a person is guilty. I believe that prosecuters only care about winning the case regardless of whether a person is innocent or guilty. For that reason, Texas should not have the ultimate punishment available.
