A Longview, Texas-based ministry plans to open a residential alcohol and drug addiction recovery program in the former YWCA building in Shreveport.

It's a sweet way to make money off the slave labor of these men and get tax exempt "donations" to pay for it. It's patterned exactly off the Teen Challenge program gone bad.
