Animal cruelty case filed
According to an affidavit of probable cause provided to the Times Observer, Richard L. Marrs, Jr., 642 N. Center St., Corry, is facing two charges of cruelty to animals after severing the paw of his dog with a pocket knife.

Cutting off a paw is better than getting a deep infection and having the dog die.
