Any relation to John Cohen aka John E Colby, recent evictee from Mission Garedens section 8 apartments on Grandview St. and frequent stalker and cyberbully in this forum? John was documented threatening to "go postal" on management there. Scarily similar. How long until we see his name in the paper?

SANTA CRUZ >> Attorneys are expected to set a trial date on April 8 in the homicide of Gordon Smith, a 63-year-old property manager who was shot to death in his Capitola office in 2013.

Daniel Xane Cohen, 29, and his mother, Diana Lynn Cohen, 60, have been held to answer for Smithís murder, according to court records. Authorities have said Smith was in the process of evicting the pair from their Live Oak home on Nov. 9, 2013, when Daniel Cohen shot Smith four times.

Wednesday in Santa Cruz County Superior Court, attorneys tried to pin down a date to start the trial but were not successful.

Diana Cohenís attorney, Jamyrson Pittori, said she continued to review evidence in the case this month. Prosecutor Celia Rowland asked Judge John Salazar to set the trial in February 2016 in part because she has several other trials set before then, but Salazar balked because he said the Cohens are presumed innocent and have been in jail since late 2013.

We need to filter out and reduce our section 8's to include criminal activity-our housing the homeless etc or "harm reduction" turning into drug increasion and pretty much set up criminal organizations etc and helped out entity's that should have never been helped or did more harm than good etc.

The mental health people etc. always say "harm reduction"--etc.--but most of the hiv/aids people's in section 8's immune system "levels" are not even close to ARC(aids related complex)-etc.---most of them committed high end drug and prostitution related(and accessory) racketeering felony's --that's why they got infected in the first place-and the drug and alcohol addiction is the very reason for their social service needs etc. and helping their drug and alcohol addiction really does not help anyone out in the long run etc.---
