The attorney doesn't know if there are three or four children? That's really weird. How would you not know your client's home situation, you're representing him. Only in Santa Fe will you find this comedy. LOL

Sounds like Kokesh owns a few 'shell corporations', along with his defaulted mortgages with at least 2 local banks. Not to mention robbing Peter to pay Paul. Time to skip town, maybe?

I still think Bankster Gangsters are pure evil. Thornberg is no exception. Thornberg will be insolvent soon.
I say it`s time for all these scum bags to leave town.

Here is why government is in financial trouble. A home that cost over $4 million is only taxed at $2 million.

"Oh what tangled webs we weave when we practice to deceive", especially deceiving the few employees he had left and hung out to dry. The only ones I feel sorry for are his children.

God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. You have been weighed on the scales and founding wanting.

Let me inform you that they've only scratched the surface of this guy's nefarious deeds. Wait until they examine the books of his wife's phoney cowboy boot business.

Gee, his lawyer couldn't get in touch with him regarding his pending foreclosure, but the paper had no problem reaching him regarding the horse park foreclosure. So who is the problem, the lawyer or him. Does the name Bernie Madoff ring a bell?

Don't feel sorry for his children. They were so spoiled rotten that the foreclosure will do them good to face reality as well.

I hope this publication also investigates what was done to Dakota Arms. Madoff is paying the price so it is time for the others to do the same.

This couldn't happen to a more [less] deserving couple! Someone will write a movie about Charlie Kokesh's shenannagins one of these days. Ask the Santa Fe Mounted Sheriff's Posse members about what he did and tried to do to them (while a member) in the early '90's. What a chump he is- and his wife Marla is about as nasty a person as can be imagined.

Just tripped across this thread. Charlie Kokesh conned my husband and I out of $250,000 - my husband thought Charlie was his friend - Charlie used him and used him and used him and before I knew it, $250,000 went into one of his schemes - needless to say we never saw it again and now we are facing serious financial problems - maybe even bankruptcy. I hope he rots in hell.
