Cant wait to move

Anyways, I would like to reference all of opinions from who is living there. Thank you No, do not move from orange county. It sounds tempting with price and bang for the buck but dont let that fool you. You pay the price in other ways. Your commute will be hell because the 91 frwy is useless. 2nd, everywhere you live around here, you need to drive at least 10-15 minutes to get to any fun activities. 3rd, the youth here is going to the toilet, just ask someone about the "Bros". 4th any city that has or 5 churches on the same street needs new planning. The list goes on. I may sound immature and cynical but growing up here my whole life, i know this place. Stick with the less house for the money and live with more educated people, better city layouts and more activities.

Joe Walters wrote: Sorry I didn't proof read my post, I meant ''no'' cows in Sycramore Corona. There is no cow and no cow dung smell in Sycramore Corona. and yes, Archibald exit does have a real Human shit sewrage plant, and also near limonite area in Corona. The cow farms are stretched all the way as far as your eye can go...I'm not kidding you. It's smells till Chino Hills where there dairy farms... nver never buy in 92880.. what's the point in living in Southern California when you cannot even enjoy fresh air? right? Do you live in Sycamore Creek? We have been considering a foreclosure or even a new home in the that area. Do you think that there will be a lot of renters if they cannot sell all the homes? I work in North OC, do you know of any vanpools from Sycamore Creek to OC? Thanks

My friends were renting in Sycamore Creek and their landlord decided to sale. This was over a year ago and he has still not sold that house. So yes there are going to be renters, but I do not understand your question about renters, are they different than owners? I also have a friend that just got a wonderful deal on a home in Sycamore Creek and she commutes to OC everyday. She moved from a smaller house in Corona to this bigger house and the difference in the 6 miles or so is the drive from Magnolia to her exit at Sycamore Creek. The 15 starts to back up at 3:00 in the afternoon and usually stays that way till 6:30 so...The School district is now going to start charging for busing too.

No offense meant to renters, it is just that sometimes they do not take care of the property like an owner would. Does your friend regret the move? Is her drive a lot longer now? Does she take side streets to the 91?

The only side street from that area is already backed up in the morning and even worse in the evening coming home. That is what I was trying to explain she gets stuck in that traffic coming home. The 15 south starts to back up at Magnolia everyday at around 3:00 or so.

That is really good to know. The big house might not be worth the drive!

I take care of where I live as much as when I owned a home (which I did in Minnesota and Wisconsin). However, not everyone has the same attitude I do.

The big house might not be worth the drive! quite honestly though with gas up, the drive seems to get lighter every day. I take the magnolia exit off the 15 and then drive west on the 91 to the west coast every day. And if you are heading down to the OC on the toll roads, you have an easy drive.

We are talking south of Magnolia. Magnolia was the exit my friend took to get home now she heads south more, may have lightened up since the gas prices, but not enough to make a difference.

What about taking Main to Ontario and Ontario to Temescal Canyon? does that get backed up too? Sycamore creek is between Indian Truck Trail and Temescal. What do you guys think about Horse Thief Canyon? Is it too close to Elsinore?
Also, my friend lives off of Weirick road and the 15 and works in Riverside. She says it only takes her 15 to 20 minutes to get home. I am a teacher and would eventually get a job in the IE.

The choicest place to live in Corona is the area between Mangular and California (west/east) and north of Ontario St.

I picked my son up from Centennial at 2:45 and lived right down temescal and using ontario it would usually take anwhere from 15 to 20 min. to get home. I would take Sycamore over Horsethief. But they have alot of REO houses in Horsethief. You need to just make the move, I am sure you will like it out this way..
