Is it true the supposed victim was flashing the crowd at the bar that night? No one deserves to be raped but no one deserves to have their life ruined for cheating on their wife.

Cheating? Are you kidding me?? JC and the victim said that she was raped - against her will. If she was indeed flashing people at the bar that doesn't mean that she was wanting what she got that night. Those two cops stayed waaay after hours with one intent only. I think the wives must be used to being cheated upon so that in itself certainly wouldn't ruin anyone's life. These men crossed the line and just got caught this time. As an ex-member of Crestmoor who got out before the first "sexual misconduct" case went down and every member was force to ante up $100.00 to pay off that victim shouldn't that club be asking itself why on earth they hired a female bartender to be there on "men's day" anyway??

I think this is obviosly more than a sexual escapade. The DCI would not waste their time if they didn't have something. And even if she was stripping. No means No!!!

Why would anyone hire a women to work alone on men's night at a bar, the country club pretty much set themselves up.

The victim didn't report the incident for over a week because she had been raped by the two highest ranking officials in the police department! Do you think that maybe you would pause before trying to take down the establishment?

First to CRESTON TOO ... I have closed that bar more than once the bartender there would never flash anyone . She was very well liked and treated all of us out there like a friend . She was always very nice and very polite, and a 4.o student i might add. These two jerks planned this from the early hours of the evening. First waiting for every one to leave then asking her for oral sex. when she refused they trapped her and raped her! Yes the club was wrong for having her work alone on mens night . But wouldnt you think you were safe with the chief of police there and his side kick there at closing time . She is a great person and didn't deserve this to happen to her or her family! our hearts go out to her and were sorry this happened to our friend.

Read what I said previously.(post #3) This has happened BEFORE at the esteemed Crestmoor Country Club. The members obviously didn't learn the first time because it was allowed to happen again. How many more times will it happen in the future? The club is notorious for scandals and adultry. What went on that night probably happened many many times before and was not reported. I am not in any way trying to trivialize what the two good ol' boy in blue did but Crestmoor also needs to be investigated.

I know a man that golfs out there and he is trashing her saying she has a bad reputation, she was known for stripping, etc. Personally I think he is lying because he is married and possibly doesn't want his wife to find out he's been out there trying to pick the bartender up. Just a thought.

Wonder how that makes that poor victim feel....hearing a lie like that about her!! Isn't she going through enough??!!

This is the type of mentality we are dealing with.

I champion her for her bravery in coming forward...I think this stuff has been going on for a long time but there's been too much fear and intimidation for women to step up and say so.....may they come forth now?
