The city of Charlotte and Meclenburg County have enough tax revenue to fund good schools and public libraries. It's all about priorities:#1.Classroom teachers vs. high school sports,#2.Police and firemen vs.designer trashcans, light rail,#3.Libraries vs.health care for illegals.-----It is like watching too fatty women, sorry 2 space challenged females ,complaining that the table and chairs are too small."Char" and "Mec" have been gorging at the taxpayor buffet for too long.
