What I want to know is: WHY IS HE STILL SITTING ON THE BENCH IN JUDGEMENT OF OTHERS?

I found it interesting that on the same day that the newspaper in Clayton published the results of the supposedly "non-biased" investigation, charging Judge Cornwell with 3 misdemeanors, The Northeast Georgian, stated that they did not have the results. I suppose they just couldn't hold the presses up long enough to get it, huh? Then, when the NEG finally did publish the results, it was buried on page 2 or 3. Hmmmmm.
Also, if you drive by the spot where the wreck occurred, it's interesting to note that the woods were set afire. Hello....did the Judge's car cause the fire? Would his not reporting the accident perhaps be the cause of the fire spreading?
I suppose it's illegal to give a person a test for DUI after they are home, so I suppose he just tip-toed right on past that one, didn't he?
I for sure won't vote for the man again and I might have had he been forthright and admitted his wrong from the get-go.

hey Penny. because in most cases in America we're still innocent until PROVEN guilty. The two exeptions i know of are the accusation of family violence, or terrorist activity. D/drive. do you suppose having a car wreck will impair his being fair?

I think Cornwell is the biggest hippocrit I've ever heard of...other than Cheney! He was drunk and diliberatly bent the law to cover his tracks. They should nail his ass to the wall.

If he is presumed innocent, why wouldn't his fellow judges or magistrates sign the warrant? Maybe there is something to this story. I suppose that the same treatment would be available to all the citizens of Georgia, if they wreck, burn their car, set the woods on fire and decide to go home rather than report the accident.
