I am a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a victim of an assault. The perpertrator has pulled his time and is out roaming the streets. As a law abiding citizen, mother of five, wife, and teacher, I am forced to have to see this man in the grocery store, the mall, and on the streets where I walk for exercise. This perpertrator has been inquiring about my whereabouts. I have contacted his Probation Officer, and hopefully that will steer him clear of me and my family; however, I am very uncomfortable. I am considering moving to another state just to get away from him. NO! He should have to move. Moving him away from bus stops, parks, etc. is not enough for me. He needs to be moved outside of a 100 mile radius of my city. That is fair. C'mon. Why should I have to suffer. It is pure common sense!!!!!!!!!
Mr. Loudermilk needs to appreciate the fact that he is allowed to roam the streets at all!!!!!!!!

I am sorry that you have to still be a victim, and I can sympathize with you wanting him to move.
Personally I always thought a convicted rapist or pedophile should have a scarlet letter tatooed on their forehead for the whole world to see what they are capable of"R" Or "P" would identify them, and people could avoid contact with them! To move them to another area, no one would know their past history, but if they were identifiable, at least potential victims could avoid them. Law enforcement could keep better track of them! The victims carry scars, why not let the perpetrators brandish marks of their own?

I am a resident of Mount Airy where this man lives. I am not sure how far away from me he lives but I do not like the idea of me and my children being home alone with him lurking around.

I know for a fact you do not see Mr. Loudermilk in any of these places. Mr. Loudermilk is a virtual hermit. He does not shop or do anything in Habersham County. You also need to know the circumstances of this man's incarceration and listing on this list. It has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with children, underage girls, or assaulting a stranger. I will not give details as he deserves his privacy, but he did nothing wrong in my opinion.

Unfortunately it's a fact of life that when these Paedo's come out of prison that they are allowed back into friendly society. Equally unfortunate is their right to live where they want. As long as this is their right, then we can't just go ahead and move them and all rapists, muggers, burglars, thieves and yobs to a state/town where they can all live together in joint purgatory (as much as I would like them to do so) Until then we can only protect ourselves our property and our family to levels within the Law. I'm sure that you in the US have as many bleeding heart liberals who want to protect these "delicate souls" who had a hard upbringing, I know we have too many in the UK and it makes me sick.

After awhile everyone wants you to forget and get on with life and shut-up about it"

"Are criminals are counting on your silence so they can continue to live off of your possesions"

"God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but shouts to our pain, It is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world"

What about the victims. Like my daughter who is dead. Was let free from a poor investigation per Sheriff and then the same man who claimed to have found her hanging in 2004 is now in prison for rape this year. Feel free to look at her site. www.myspace.com/rememberashley15 . God-bless What happen to victim rights? Stand together like are troops
