This store has the most under quailified people working there. the manager "courtney" is extremely rude, hateful, and disrespectful. I would advise everyone not to deal with them. Most of the products do not work but they won't stand behind the product so your just stuck with it. I will never shop there again!! I am a paying customer that is giving them a paycheck but they are so rude I will not go back!

I completely agree. I have not been into the location in Corinth since October 2010. There was only one associate present that day but I arrived just 2 or 3 minutes after opening. The story is to long to tell on this website. It took me two or three days but I finally was able to reach a district manager who in turn had their regional manager call me.

Not sure what, if anything was done, but they seemed to be appalled at the behavior of their employee. I hate that apparently their personnel issues haven't improved.

I have bought every phone me and my family has ever had. They have always helped me. If they are busy u wait your turn. I didn't say store of the year award but no need in bashing them either. Courtney has always helped me and she always puts new screen savers cases sim card or chip on my phone before I leave. Go tell her if your unhappy and Stop trying start trouble. Actually radio Shack will not close or lose all they customers just because your mad!

As a matter a fact I did let Courtney know as well as mangers higher than her how I felt, took over 2weeks to get it took care of but finely did, everytime u call up their or go their u get a different story even if your talking to the same person everytime. Will not shop their again!!!

I recently went to radio shack and had a great experience. While looking for an I-Pad 3 Cover Wal-Mart was out of them and I called Radio Shack to see if they had any. The Manager i think his name was Brad Little answered the phone and told me that yes they had 1 left for $29. As It Turns out I get there and he said I'm sorry I quoted you the wrong price over the phone they were $49. I said awww man you told me $29 over the phone just a few minutes ago. He called his boss don't know if it was at the corporate office or not, he explained what had happend and I ended up getting my I-Pad cover for only $29 instead of $49. I had good luck there not bad.

The whole store needs some serious customer service counseling. You are being paid to help me when I need assistance. I was asking about simple things and was treated like it was such a inconvenience. Will not be back.

My family or i will not be back. I did speak with a higher manager and he thought his employees being disrespectful and rude was the funniest thing. Matter of fact,he wasn't what you would call nice either. I was treated horrible everytime. I can buy the products they sell elsewhere and that is what i shall do. Atleast ill be treated with respect.

I have shopped at the corinth radioshack since it opened in 2006..... Enjoyed each and every experience up until this last manager came into the store. She has been nothing but rude with me and my my family, as well as the other staff members. I used to be greeted with a helpful smile and might have had to even wait for service, but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I will NOT ever be back in the store i used call a great radioshack. Upper management needs to take a long look at this store and its staff. Small towns talk and from what i hear they are losing customers daily. Just bc they have to do otherwise besides THEIR JOBS. Wish Harlan or Tanya would come back and id help spread the word that the radioshack we all knew was back in the hands of GOOD MANAGEMENT.

Tanya was the BEST! She helped me out with whatever I needed. I always asked a lot of questions about new things that came in the store, or about my phone that I didn't know how to work. She was always so happy to help, and always seemed so positive. The store always looked good and I never had any trouble. Went in there about a week ago and waited for about 15 minutes to get assistance, nothing happened. So I walked right back out and I WON'T be back.

Well I shopped at the store when it first opened and even had a charge card there I would never buy my electronics any where but there cuz Harlan always made sure I was happy with anything I got and when he left the store went down hill I tried to stay there and buy my stuff from them instead of going to tupelo but even Tanya was not a good manager unless u was a guy then she was all over u but us females couldn't get her attention and if u had a man with u she talk to him not u and if I'm the one wanting something u talk to me not my husband he buys me what I want but he don't know nothing about electronics and he told her that and then she told someone else to help me cuz he wouldn't talk to her so they got another manager cuz she wasn't doing her job either but now Harlan he was the best and I wish they would bring him back he always found me what I wanted and made sure I was happy and I haven't been back in that store since Tanya took it over so I don't know nothing bout the new manager but I do know I wouldn't b back for sure as long as Tanya was there either
