Pickwick Pines don't pay they're bills.
There's a lot of people and businesses with they're hands out needing payment from long ago. I understand there's several law suits against that place. Crappy management and above the law attitudes will one day catch up with the place. The sooner the better.

I love to live at Pickwick Pines Resort. I commend the owners for sticking it out in this tough economy when they could easily throw in the towel.

Jealousy runs rampant in this county. It's easy to tell lies from behind a mask.

I hate that the legislature of Mississippi gave him a lease for the old state park on the right side of 25, before the TN MS state line. He defaulted on the lease payments and had to let it go back to the State. Now there is a bar across what was once the only Public park on Pickwick Lake. I would look hard at the previous representative that brought up the decision to give the developer of Pickwick Pines the lease in the first place. I think you will find that they were related.

TCDF Leased it and they approached McMeans to sub-lease from them because the person that was going to do it backed out. One of McMeans biggest mistakes. The other was coming to this backwards rednecked county to try and build something.Don't worry Doubting Thomas, I'm sure you will find another place to hang out.
