Explain to me please...how Crotts got off with no prison time when he pleaded guilty to STEALING and his sentence was suspended, pending "GOOD behavior"?

The judge was Jim Pounds. Unbelievable!

The article was front page in the paper today.

Yeah, everybody has done wrong, but not while we were under oath of office. So, according to You, It's OK to steal while in public office? At least he admitted to it. Farese told him to or he really would have done time. Now, this Good behavior thing means, run a stop sign, get a speeding ticket, etc, and he's gone. That's why so many people get sentenced like this. It's just a matter of time before they get caught and they go straight to prison, no questions asked. Matter of time.

Bad thing about it is the 2 Bonding Companies that paid off for him. They are not just going to ride off into the sunset. They are not thru with him, not hardly.
Get out the popcorn, the civil suits are going to be fun. Crotts will be lucky to own a pair of socks after the bonding companies get through with him.

Yeah, sure...lying and stealing....nothing wrong there, especially for PUBLIC officials...I bet you were the kind of kid that told your parents, "everyone else is doing it!". Wow. You are a model citizen! NOT. We have all done wrong but we haven't all stolen public funds. That involves all of us! That's my money. That's your money and quite frankly, it's just plain wrong!

I'm not a stupid redneck .... your an idot or a family member. He took over $150,000 from the second district along with equipment disappearing. My 2 cents I will throw in any time I please when my district suffered because of his abusing the elected office he held.
