Henco is going out of business. They are selling off all floor stock. If you ordered something and haven't gotten it yet you will probably lose your deposit. If you need new furniture hook up the trailer and go get some floor samples.

Nope, I have a lot of furniture on order there and they already called and told me not to worry, that I will absolutely get it. Three hours later, they called back to say it was being delivered the next day (Friday) and it was! I've always found that famiily to be honest and do what they say they will. I'm not at all worried about it. They aren't broke, they are just retiring. As far as their deals are concerned, we shopped all over before buying and their prices were by far the best we found, probably 25% cheaper than the same products at other stores.

A lot of businesses file bankruptcy. There is a a lot of over head for a business to float before they even make a profit. I bet you have shopped at several aces that had filed bankruptcy before an started over.
Chapter 7 is a liquidation bankruptcy and they liquify thete goods to pay down the debt an file on the rest. Then start over
I have no idea if they are re- opening or not but it's an American right that business owners have.

bankruptcy is BS! Places like this hide assets and screw their creditors! It's bee proven that 90% of all bankruptcy's are money making deals for companies! Onlt 10% actually had to. and henco even going back to the school fund rasers has always screwed people!

If you didn't shop somewhere because they were mainly profit driven and had filed bankruptcy then you would limited to very few retailers.
