Do prescription diet pills actually work? I've been working out and trying to control my diet but I'm looking for a quicker result. Some people have said they work and some people say they work then when you get off you automatically gain it right back even with exercise. I'm seriously not asking for anybody's rude, immature comments about fat people. I just want advice.

Yes it's true you will gain it all back plus some no matter if you keep up your work outs. Iv been their I know!

Yes you do gain it all back, a friend of mine went to Tenn. And got diet pills lose about then when she stopped taking them she gained it all back. Plus had to go to the er a few times bc the med makes your heart race

Plus went to the ER a few times because the med makes your heart race. It's not good for you at all. You need to just eat right and workout the weight will come off

I was on the,and they made me gain weight,and yes go to the ER . i have lost over 100 lbs in the last 2 years without them. Small steps at a time will get you where you want to be,and keep you there. Weight is kinda like CC debt - easy to put on,hard to take off. Hope this helps

Thank ya'll. I went through a period were I lost a lot of weight but it was not the right way at all. I looked sick and lost a lot of hair. Lol. And I wanted to hear people's experience with diet pills before I went down that road. Thank yal for not judging and making rude comments.

For the prescription pills, you need to ask the dr. or google the particular drug.

For the OTC stuff, everybody's different, and there are so many diffrent pills. The only safe answer is: try them carefully. Read the instructions. Dont mix them. And watch your blood pressure.

Most of them have lots of caffeine, so make sure you aren's taking anything else with caffeine.

The best way, for me personally, is eating lots of high protein, and almost no fat. Eating 6+ meals per day consisting of vegetables, beans, and occasionally fish. No added sugar and almost zero fat.

It's pure willpower, and it's miserable. But it's highly effective. For me anyway. And yes...EXERCISE!

Getting the weight off Naturally is the only god way to get it off and keep it off, eat right and workout it will start to come off

be careful eating a zero fat diet, humans need fat and carbs to live. fat plays a huge role in the workings of your body and in fact the human brain is about sixty percent fat. fats are also the vehicle that carries several vitamins and aids in their absorption. there is however a big difference in fats.
