I am so tired of people who work in retail with little to no customer service training. All of you managers need to get your shit together and properly train your employees on how to handle and speak to the public. We are the ones who bring the money to these stores so that you get a paycheck. I am tired of being treated rudely when they are the ones who are there to help me! Do your damn job professionally or get the hell out of that profession!!!

Yea really, I would like to stay far away from wherever this billy bad ass works! Sounds like this person has a bad attitude about making $7.75 per hour.

My sales associate make $7.25 an hour. If they get treated like crap by a customer I want to know and I'll let customer have it. Minimum wage doesn't include rude people calling them f$(king slow or whatever else they say.

First of all, I am never rude to anyone working in customer service as I have had several jobs doing just that. I do however know how to do that job professionally and I expect to be treated fairly and pleasantly when I am in your store. If you can't handle your job duties (and yes at times you do have rude customers) then you may need to seek employment elsewhere!! And by the way, you walk away from me in a rude childish manner like that and you won't have your job anymore if I can help it. There are plenty of people out there that would love to have your minimum wage job!

Seeing that most managers will tell employes when that have a rude customer tell them u can't help them and walk away! I don't see u getting anyone fired for it.

You, I would look over and go to a manager anyway with a problem. I am pretty much just talking about being courteous enough to just say hello and speak when spoken to instead of thinking you are better than the position you hold. If you don't like your job, find a new one or at least be pleasant when I am speaking to you in the same manner.

And no, if you really know how to do your job, you would never just walk away. You would however tell the customer (rude or not) that you will get the manager for them so that someone who should know how to handle the situation can do just that!!!

You apparently need some in-store training. Just where is it that you work anyway? I would love to visit!!

You supposed to come to buy a product from the store , unfortunately some feel if they're spending money then they are entitled to cuss at employees. We are people first! & employees later down the line.

She knew what the job paid and the responsibilities that was there before she took the job. That's the same as waitresses. That work on a hope and a maybe and get mad if they don't make what that want at the end of the day! Stupid

Exactly. If and when you apply and are hired, it is assumed you probably know your responsibilities. That is when you should be trained to do your job. If customer service and retail is not for you, then do not apply.

I hold Human Resources partly to blame for hiring unqualified and inept employees in the first place. Then management for not providing proper training.

I hold parents responsible for rearing such rude children that grow into such rude ignorant adults.
