I have lost 20 lbs but am having a hard time getting the last 10 off. About how long should it take to lose this extra 10 lbs with thinoginics?

I think they sell it at that mexican place over behind goodwill it's named Don Houleos or something like that I hear people all the time talking about all the weight they lost I think they sprinkle it on the food or something

Those of you who take blood pressure pills, are you taking the thinogenics with the pill or without it? My mother takes b/p pills and wants to try this, but she wants to know how it would affect her with the medicine. Also is it FDA approved? Just curious.

they didn't do that to me or anyone I know who have/are taking them. Which is A LOT of people...but everyone is different so I wont promise you that it won't cause you to shake and such.

I have been on Thinogentics for 7 days and have not lost an ounce. Yesterday I contacted another dealer and was told that I consume too much caffine. It would have been great if they had bothered to tell me this before I purchased this product. I did a lot of reading before hand and never found anything stating that you will not lose if you consume too much caffine. I have been very careful to stay under 1500 calories per day and have drank more than the recomened amount of water. So far all Thinogentics has done for me is make me thirsty and constipated!

wow. I'm not sure? of course everyone's body is different but I drink like 5 mountain dews a day and eat CONSTANTLY and I didn't change anything while I was taking them and dropped all my weight the first week. My mom hadn't lost the weight as quickly as I did and I had a friend say her sister had mood swings and dizzy spells from them. So I supposed it just works differently for everyone.
