Just in case any of you missed it, the Miller's Auto Lube sign on HWY 72 is encouraging people to vote against the sale of liquor.

For those of you against liquor, you now have a Holy place to get your oil changed.

For those of you for liquor, keep driving and lets see how long the United Drys can support him.

Isn't it odd that all the Baptists and Pentecostals and other make a bee line to places like Mi Toro and Don Hulio to eat after church?

They serve beer the other 6 days of the week. Don't see you boycotting them.

I dont care if you don't use my business because of my beliefs. But you should at least be consistend with it. Wal-Mart my not sell beer here but it sells beer and liquor at many other stores. So why keep supporting a bsiness tht you know is peddling the devils brew.

Does it strike you funny, as all the people who scream about freedom and rights for all, then they say boycott those who exercise their right to vote no?
I usualy change my own oil, but "mabie" I will let them.

So Mr. Miller won't ever be shopping at Wal-Mart or Kroger or Walgreens or basically any gas station and the list can go on and on.

and..

I don't care if you boycott him at all. But it is basically crazy to jeopardize your business to support a cause like this.

Good point Fase Palmer!

Just like all the NO advertising helped remind all the YES people to go vote.

I just realized that I can't vote tomorrow since I'm from the county.

I've been disenfranchised.

I disagree with Kevin, but I've been doing business with him since he opened, and I'm not changing. His sign will have no influence on how I choose to vote. I hope it's voted in, but if it ain't I'd rather have a beer anyway.

Kevin has the right to put whatever he wants to on his sign. He pays for the sign, has the right to voice his opinion, and I applaud him for making a stand and not being afraid to let it be known. Way to go, Kevin. I go to this business and will continue to do so since Kevin is a fair and stand-up kind of guy. True, real people are hard to find and far and few between. We need more businesses like this regardless of the liquor issue. Think about it.

Good I'm not s drinker and I vote NO to them touching my car!! See I sign up like that trying to tell folks to vote nee businesses out is a mind control thing to me. If they don't want other business to come in then they should mind their OWN business. Thank y'all though for letting people know your being selfish. When my oil needs changing ill make sure ill be selfish.

If you go against the grain its best to keep your opinions to yourself or lose business. Which he will. If he believed NO that's fine that's his right. Just stay out of it and mind your own business. It does not concern you

What would you do, if the sign read vote yes for liquor?

No one forces anyone to vote yes or no.

If you stop using them, becouse of their sign, and you would keep using them if it said vote yes, what do you call this?

People scream freedom and right to believe, as long as they believe like me :)

They make a bee-line to the out of town liquor stores too. They will still have to do this if liquor is voted in as they can not chance being seen purchasing the devil's brew. This pisses them off to no end and this is what makes them so enthusiatically fight the local legal sale. Jealousy what a motivator.

I have learned something! I thought it was a V-line! But I guess it is a bee line! I am a southern baptists and I will vote no but it will not be because I think it is wrong to drink but rather I don't want the filth that goes with it! I will drive to whereever I want to to get whatever I want. But I guess none of you remember the sumbling drunks we used to step over around the courthouse last time it was here!
