I'd like to hear a follow-up on this story and not some back page one liner either! What happend to the drive? Was is a success? Have the found a donor yet? How long does it take to find a donor? Will you publish an update on Chip? We all can relate to what this family is going through. I, myself, have 3 sons near Chip's age and it scares me to death to think they could come down with this dreadful disease? What all is involved in finding a match? Public awareness is a MUST!! Does a Nonprofit Organization exist which gives cash rewards for marrow donations?

I am A positive blood type. I am a generous spirit. I graduated college recently. If a nonprofit organization existed that would wipe student loan debts for those who are willing to contribute to the fight with their marrow...I would have already donated.

It seems that an opportunity exists for this type of Organization. If anyone would be willing to help me, I would be willing to do 2 things...I will personally donate and I will create a telemarketing platform to raise funds...I will put forward the paperwork necessary to gain 501c3 status and I will create a donor network through persuasive sales and provide cash incentives for those willing to join.

Leukemia and Hogkins apparently are not quite cured...so, until they are, it seems that a proactive approach is necessary.

i would help who ever needs help beacause i lost my brother Tim to leukemia and i was the match for his trasplant ik what u guys r going through so just dont give up!!!!
