Two separate traffic stops over the weekend in Yavapai County led authorities to 25 suspected illegal immigrants.

Good that they were found - not good that it was County Deputies that can only catch them.
What about DPS (highway patrol)? How about local police being "alien qualified".
There's a good chance it was a DPS Officer that saw them on the highway and had to call for a County Officer to make the stop > not very cost effective on our tax dollars, but it's a start.
