Yaeh :):) Keeping our community safe :):)

I hope people like this serve long long sentences and stay where they belong locked up in prison for life .

Any gang enhancement murder should be death penalty or at the very least, life without parole if ya ask me .

Its way past time to send a message to the youth in our communitys that becoming a gang member is simply not cool!

Thank god for this, I will never forget that day. Sandoval was a good man and did not deceive to be killed.
I will always remember him as a loving Friend, Father and Brother.
Lopes should serve life, for the role of his friend “the shooter” that was never
brought to justice.

There should be no paroles. Period. Unless the person is found innocent and then for an immediate release and some compensation. BUT....parole boards should be abolished and the persons should serve their full terms that they are given.
Especially the scum that commit the most violent and terribble of crimes.

This guy is doing time for his buddy; while his friend runs around free. Until he rats out his comrade he is just as responsible for the murder.

I agree they should keep all those losers behind bars. No parole, or probation. That's just makes them think they can keep on doing what they've done & get away with it (again). But I guess what it really boils down to is the 'plea bargaining' during the trial. I do not feel that plea bargaining is fair.

Maybe you should take a class and learn how our system of laws work, how trials work, etc. Plea bargaining is essential to convictions.

and thats how you solve it? He dissed me man, so i got to go get a gun and kill him? whatever happened to just one on one fights guy goes down you walk away. nope in todays world its 10 dudes on one or get a gun and kill them. Very Chicken shit in my book. I say no parole and rot in jail. or they wait till your back is turned and then hit you from behind. that actually happend to me. Real big man chumps someone from behind. I remember that incident and say the guy needs to stay in jail. you shot someone and you deserve to see the light of day? no stay in jail

is the mt madonna one the one where they castrated a kid tied to a tree? and he bled to death? years ago i worked with a kid who was the brother of the guys who did it. he was very small at the time like 5 and yet they took him with them. if freaked him out so much that even at that young age he began to go to church. who in the world takes a 5 year old to watch the murder of someone. it didnt man him up it scarred him forever. There was also one drive by by the boardwalk a van drives by they slide the door open and the kid opened fire. another one was at an arcade on the westside i kid walked in and shot another inside the arcade. these dudes just need the death penalty or no parole ever.

i actually worked with the kid who was involved at the rave party years ago where they went back got a gun and shot at the building and it killed the guy inside. then dumb enough to park the car in the driveway? Poor old jose who was a good kid went to jail as he should of but he ran with the wrong crowd. they i heard after he got out he got in some other trouble they just cant learn.

one day he didnt show up for work and we read it in the paper. I think the other guy is still in jail. Gangs are just that Gangs only a few would fight man on man with nothing. most however wont carry shanks or guns or say theyll fight fair and then shank someone. they have to have numbers to then walk around and act tough. People always cry rasicm but in the paper you never see smith or jones or anderson in the crime report.

WHAT Sandoval was a good man, he was a gangster punk who was involved in too many crimes. He may not have deserved to be murdered but he was a punk.
