Whitley should have beaten Bell last night. Bell fans were shocked to see how Whitley roughed them up. Whitley was much more physical. A major STORM will hit next year. Corbin does not need to play Whitley unless they are willing to do a home and away to be fair. Whitley desires a tough schedule. Lots of hard work goes into that program.

If we get beat by bell handily, I'll know why we wouldn't take Whitley up on their 3 yr contract they offered us.

WHo's Your Daddy? That's what CHS football Is all about. I have yet to figure out what is special about Rhe ingle kids dad but maybe hes a good suck and those coaches Like it! Good thing the Jewell kids dad is a coach because with that personality he would not be playing under another coach because no one would like him

I could be wrong but there was Ingle that played at Corbin when Steve Jewell played there. I think they even graduated together. The Ingle that went to school with Steve had a brother named Ted. Ted was about 3 years ahead of me.

I dont think that The folks in Corbin or southeast ky or the state or the US have realized that Whitley County is the Gold Standard for all things Football. As soon as that hidden secret gets out, im sure all teams in the US will model their programs after the red storm and schedule such goliaths.

Because Corbin tried to schedule them for the pigskin and Whitley wouldn't play at Corbin two straight years.

Corbin refused to reciprocate and play games at Whitley which is only fair. They were too afraid to play away from home where they can cheat Whitley with no questions asked and a wink. LOL! Losers! Losing to Whitley might hurt their Whitley Co. recruitment of players! Can't have that, now can they?

The fact that Burley was sober enough to know that he streaked is AMAZING!

It was in the paper. Both schools made same statements.
So make your own judgements from that info.

To be honest im glad we didnt take Whitley up on their offer.
They would down right kill us this year. I watched them play Bell and like someone else mentioned, they should have one tha game. That is a talented bunch down the road.
However, as an alum and big supporter of Corbin, it embarrasses me that we wouldnt play them at their place. They offered and we denied. We cant have them come to Corbin for one year and then leave it be.
Im sorry to say things at the county ar looking up and were loking down.

Whitley has only one thing to look toward to... we all know that Black will focus on one player after this year and that is number 24! They think he can win a championship all by himself and don't care about any other players! Maybe at a little school one player can win it all but Jesus this is 5A!

Coaches suck. The players have some talent but it's all about who you know. Honestly ingle would be more use in a cheerleading uniform and same for the jewels. it's an embarrassment.. that's all Corbin is anymore. There sports program and the shitty high-school all together need some work.
