In this house we only listen to the OLDER country music. These YOUNG wannabes are gonna be the downfall of country music down the road. What they play now IS NOT WHAT country music is. This new stuff is nothing but pop rock! What are people thinking! Taylor Swifts songs is country music now? AINT NO WAY THATS COUNTRY MUSIC and it never will be!

REAL country is Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Loretty Lynn, Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings, Charley Pride, Willie Nelson, Johnny Paycheck and ALL THE REST of those old timers who knew what COUNTRY MUSIC is all about. ITS SO SAD THAT WE ALREADY LOST SO MANY OF THEM.

Me and my hubby go down to RENFRO VALLEY ever chance we get. We got to go and see George Jones there last year and BOY am I EVER THANKFUL that we was able to get tickets for that show CAUSE IT WAS SOLD OUT FAST. He was feeling SO bad sick that night but he tried real hard to give us a great concert. And he DID even tho his voice was weak and he was hoarse. Last year we also saw Merle Haggard, the Oak Ridge Boys, Dwight Yoakam, Travis Tritt and so many more of the great ones down there. IF YOU WANT TO HEAR REAL COUNTRY MUSIC THEN THATS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO!

Loretty Lynn is gonna be there this year and so is Charlie Daniels, Marty Stewart and Travis Tritt plus more! We'll BE there for all of those too. We already got our Oak Ridge Boys and Loretty tickets! WE REALLY DO LOVE RENFRO VALLEY. IT'S THE ONLY PLACE TO GO FOR REAL COUNTRY MUSIC AROUND HERE ANY WHERE.

They were making good country music till about 1995 and them it started going down hill from there. May 9, 1989 was when Keith Whitley died, it hasn't been the same for me since than.

You got that right rebel yell, Waylon did it his way despite what Nashville told him and he turned out to be one of the greatest! Sad day when Waylon passed on.
