A know in this redneck town there are more people than this who either dropped our or never went to school. Also, considering most of the Eastern's student drop out, there should definitely be more "some college's" - go to show you who use Topix: a bunch of lying, uneducated rednecks!!!

I have a GED and 2 years of Technical training (that I don't use other than the self motivation and discipline I learned with it) I started my own business and work from home and make about 85,000 - 95,000 a year.

I've noticed we have no Medical Doctors or Lawyers on here apparently, or maybe its perhaps because all these "doctorates" we have here on topix don't know what a juris doctor is - LOL.

Well, we can definitely tell that u do not have a doctorate. Perhaps, you need to find a different college? Your post could use some proofreading. I'll be happy to assist u on that. Ok, medical doctor and lawyer should nopt be capitalized. U should have a comma after here but before apparently.u would NOT use maybe and perhaps in the same sentence. It would go, perhaps, it because... It's not, what we have here, it's what we have...

Ok- ill be the first to admit, I stuck my foot in my mouth. But, at least mine was unintentional. Yours is really believing u r too smart. Allow me to correct myself. Its NOT, not nopt. And u should be capitalized in the beginning of a sentence. And it would be, it's bcuz, not it bcuz. Oh yeah truth, one more thing. When u typed "doctorates", it's supposed to be "doctorates," u never use a comma after closed parenthesis.

So, b4 u go starting threads to make fun of Corbins educational background, maybe u should stay off topix and take another english course, and actually stay up all night writing those essays u claim u write. Practice makes perfect! Good luck with your doctorate! Lol!

You need to get a life. I am not in any way acting more intelligent than anyone else, and this is actually being used for a class - something I thought would be fun to look into. However, given your lack of English skills also, perhaps I am more intelligent than you. I don't really care about punctuation on here, but for you to give me crap you should at least proof read your own words - so piss off. Oh, and the irony is that people like you are why I am doing a survey like this. Isn't it funny that everyone on here believes they are doctors, lawyers, or in your case, English teachers???

You are honestly giving me crap and you write like a teenage girl. HAHA. Thanks for the laugh but I have an essay to do now, which is why I'm still up. It's something you probably haven't heard of or done much of in your life - we do it at a little place called c-o-l-l-e-g-e.(I spelled it out for you to assist you better.)

Back in the day I was a stoner and didnt do so the best in school. I was more worried about where the party was that night. I went a full 12 years of school but was one government class short. They called me in said we'll see you in summer school or first semester of next year. I said ohhhh hell no you wont. I did my time! Later though I thought what was it all for then? So I made arrangements to go take my GED. That GED opened more doors for me I do believe than any diploma would have. I heard it several times in life in a position for advancement that they saw my GED as more significant than a normal diploma being that it took self motivation to go get it. When I enrolled in college they said sure thing. Now years later I own 2 businesses and live a nice life. If you are young and finding it hard to make your way, stop and think, 5-6 years from now with some work and determination you could have a degree and be making a good living, buying a nice home etc. 5-6 years from now you could still be doing a whole lot of nothing spinning your wheels headed no where. Either way that 5-6 years will come and go you can bet on it. Where you are at at the end of that 5-6 years is in your hands.

I do not believe this poll, i think people are lying right through their teeth. As much bad grammer and m/s goes on, on this topix there is no way there are that many of us that has even finished high school let alone have a degree. Come on people, cant you even tell the truth about anything. GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, if you all do have degrees, then what did you do to get them, it sure wasn't learning.

Thank you and you're doing good yourself!

A lot of times it doesn't take an education, but it always takes common sense! If you have common sense and perseverance you can accomplish anything! Gotta get back to work now.

Yeah it's sad really - people can't tell the truth even when they are hidden behind a computer screen and on a website where people don't even know who they are.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Taurus

Someone isn't mucking about today, and if they're annoyed about something they'll come right out with it. This means you could be on the receiving end of some zingers, but equally it means that you'll be giving as good as you get. Now, although it will be very tempting to let off steam by giving someone an earful, aren't there better directions in which to channel your energy?
