Yes, to slander someone you have to tell untruths. I have not seen any slander on this post or any other concerning CTA as of late. LMFAO . it is one of the biggest drug ring workplaces in this area I know bosses who buy drugs from employees I used to work there and it was mostly screwing now its screwing and pills but I thought it would change after the explosion that killed seven good men and nearly killed a bunch more but they have not cleaned up their act over there and its getting worse I loved the people but not the whores and druggies they used to drug test do they not test anymore

Err, actually it is libel - the written form of defamation. And, yes, you can be sued if you write something false, when you cause harm and when you made the statement knowing it to be false or you did not check it for accuracy. Your written statements are admissable in Court.

You are a fool if you think that companies do not monitor these threads and that it is perfectly possible to force Topix to disclose the IP address of the writer and find his/her address. It has happened to Topix many times and just because a company or individual doe snot pursue a claim does not mean it can't happen
