I have one child at Little Lamb's and I have been very happy with everything. I checked several out including BB before I decided, do your homework because it's a big decision.

You know... As parents we have a duty to our children to protect them.. Unfortunately, when we put our children in others hands we cannot garentee that nothing bad will happen. I listen to all the rumors and read about all the daycares, and really no daycare is perfect. Now that being said I'm appauled at all the people who say things are going on in a daycare but don't report them. If you gave proof of mistreatment or abuse or even a sex offender going in and out, it's up to us to make the people in charge if the daycare aware or social services.

I use to work at Beautiful Beginnings and I never seen anyone who worked there abuse the children, however some of the workers would scream at the kids, and when it was nap time, every child was to lay down, no special treatment if one wasn't tired. But this stuff could've happened before or after I was there. I quit and left the place, because they try and write you up over every single thing that you do. They find reasons to fire you and write you up if they don't like you. They think that because of the mothers that work there and have kids that go there, their kids should be treated differently. This daycare is a complete joke, but this is only my opninion. Like people have said before, it's your duty as a parent to protect your child, so therefore, i'd do a little more searching before I chose a daycare.

Mommy care is always better than day care. With so many children nobody can ever "really care" for a child all day. Day cares just pretty much keep your kids alive until you come back to get them. I've worked in day cares and I know how it is. It is proven that children who go to day care are more aggressive than those who don't. It is also proven that children who spend vast amounts of time in day care have attachment issues and are more often insecure than those who have a parent at home. I understand that for many people nowadays it is impossible for one parent to stay at home but if at all possible it is better to leave a child in a paren'ts care rather than some baby farm where the kids sit all day and aren't watched after well. Day cares are like part time orphanages for kids. I'd never ever put my child in one after seeing first hand what goes on in these places.

In that first sentence I meant noone can ever really care for you child at a day care due to so many kids...not can't care for them all day...typo.

When I worked there, they would leave me with like 12 2 year olds by myself, so therefore I agree with you "Dontdoit". It's awful, and if i'm not mistaken that's against the law to leave one person in charge of that many kids. And they expect you to not get frustrated when you have to do it all by yourself. Rightt.

I've not heard a single good thing about that place, I've had friends work there and there has not been a single good word out of their moths other then they say they get good hours.
I worked at Creative kids daycare and the girls there are wonderful and treat all the kids how any parent would want them to be treated. I think the owner is recently opened up a new daycare or they are in the process of it by the bowling alley. I think it's called education station, if it's not opened they should be taking applications.
Hope I helped!

I recently put my child is this daycare and he loves it. I was very hesitant bc I've only ever heard bad things about the place but he's old enough to tell me if anything bad happens now. I was offended by the tone a worker had with me on his second day asking me for my ID saying she had never seen before but I quickly got over it bc I don't just want anyone able to pick my child up. I think overall that their price is fair and the daycare is average :)

i had my child there and took him out quickly. he to was bitten, badly, by another child there. it actually broke the skin on my child's arm. there was always someone new there, and they all had the smell of cigarettes floating off of them. everytime i went in the girls were new. that was the excuse for everything. the explanation i got was that they always had a quick turnover. well maybe if you did more research into a person before you hire them you'd actually figure out that they weren't worth the bother. kids need consistency. my child would scream everyday when i dropped him off. they were constantly loosing my child's things, even though they had his name all over him. and yes, i expect my child to get dirty during the day, but he would come home with dry crusted snot all over his face. come on, how much time does it take to wipe a kid's face off? also, i would get there around 5:30-6 each evening to pick him up. he always had a soaked diaper still on. on one occasion his last diaper change marked on his diaper was 2:30. so my child went atleast 3 hours without a new diaper! i took him out cause it killed me that he was so upset every morning, and that i knew deep down he wasn't being cared for properly. i moved him to another day care immediately and he has not cried 1 day that i've dropped him off. in over a year, only 1 employee has been replaced at his new day care. he comes home clean and happy.
